lose + together was born from our passion to cook + eat really good food. We are the ultimate foodies who don’t believe in fad diets + depriving ourselves. Food is meant to be enjoyed. We wholeheartedly believe that you can eat amazingly delicious food + fit into your skinny jeans. All of our recipes are around 400 calories or less.

We know you are very busy and don’t have the time to spend all day (or night) in the kitchen. All of our recipes are 30 minutes or less of hands-on cooking time.

Why did we choose the name lose + together? The hard truth is that we have gained weight together – over 1.9 billion adults worldwide are overweight – that is nearly 40% of the world population, and 650 million people are considered obese (source: World Health Organization). Instead of gaining together, let’s lose + together, and let’s do it enjoying food + not being ashamed of it.

The U.S. Weight Loss Industry was $68.2 billion in 2017 (source: marketresearch.com), growing over 3% every single year – we are paying too much for fad diets + products.
